9:45 AM - 11:00 PM | CCC Business Meeting This important meeting allows members to vote on various decisions the CCC Board of Directors will propose, in addition to sharing financial and programming details with attendees. It is imperative for members to be present so that your vote is calculated and your voice is heard. |
11:15 AM - 11:45 AM | Executive Director Report The CCC Executive Director will give details on the current and future planning of CCC services for members and communities. Members are encouraged to share feedback on all. |
11:45 AM - 12:15 PM | Open Forum Discussion This discussion is for members to share their ideas and desires for CCC to continue to serve them in the best way possible. This is the chance for attendees to share what they want to see differently and what they wan to remain the same. Attendees are encouraged to share challenges they are facing with CCC so that we can determine the best way to support you during challenging times and tasks. |

Eligibility Requirements Include:
Cooperator of the Year – North Carolina
This award honors an individual or organization in North Carolina that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to cooperative principles and practices, making a significant impact within their cooperative or community. The recipient should embody the values of cooperation, education, and community improvement.
Cooperator of the Year – South Carolina
This award honors an individual or organization in South Carolina that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to cooperative principles and practices, making a significant impact within their cooperative or community. The recipient should embody the values of cooperation, education, and community improvement.
Emerging Cooperative of the Year
This award celebrates a cooperative in North or South Carolina established within the past three years that exemplifies the potential of the cooperative business model. The winning cooperative should demonstrate innovation, commitment to cooperative principles, and positive community impact. The winner will receive a free one-year membership to the Cooperative Council of the Carolinas.
Cooperative Leaders will receive an honorable plaque to proudly display and the Emerging Cooperative Leader will receive a ONE YEAR CCC membership for FREE!
On the second day o f the Annual Meeting, CCC is hosting a Legislative Breakfast at the NC General Assembly!
SPACE IS LIMITED! Please submit your interest in attending by submitting the form below completely. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE A TICKET TO THE BREAKFAST. Final attendees will be determined once we have a confirmed number of legislative representatives.

At this year's Annual Meeting, CCC is opening the floor up to its attendees! CCC will choose up to 5 individuals to present during the Lightning Round portion of the meeting. This is your opportunity to share information to cooperative leaders.
Each speaker will have a MAXIMUM of 10 MINUTES to present a Lightning Round topic of their choice. Lightning Round topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Sharing a successful project your organization created
- Presenting a challenge and asking attendees for help
- Introduce a new CEO or staff leader within your organization
- Propose an idea or project for cooperatives to work on together

The applicant's organization must be a member of the Cooperative Council of the Carolinas.
Each year, CCC hosts an online Silent Auction to fund our Jim Graham Leadership Scholarship. Your donation(s) and participation will support future cooperative leaders!

The Annual Meeting of 2025 is going to be full of celebrations! This year we celebrate the Council's 90th Anniversary, expansion to South Carolina with an official Council name change, and The Year of Cooperatives as declared by The United Nations.
Join us to celebrate the cooperative movement and network with cooperators across all co-op sectors!
